- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE N62306-07-R-7034. This presolicitation notice for commercial items is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures and FAR 19 Small Business Programs. Solicitation N62306-07-R-7034 will be issued as a Request for Proposal. This is a Set-Aside for Small Business procurement under NAICS 334513 recorders, industrial process control-type. The requirement is in accordance with the government's Salient Characteristics for Thermal Graphic Recorder, a gray scale, thermal recorder for marine seismic data processing systems. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed price Contract. All responsible sources may submit a proposal and all proposals received by the closing date specified in the solicitation will be considered by the agency. The solicitation is expected to post on the NECO web site http://www.neco.navy.mil/index.cfm on or about 29 March 2007. To be considered, the proposal must meet the agency's requirements as specified in the Salient Characteristics and must be accompanied by any additional information requested. See numbered note 1.
