- The POC for this requirement is 1Lt Joel Gerlach, email: joel.gerlach@iraq.centcom.mil The Contractor will provide three (3) Cultural and Political Advisors to the MND-B G9 Cultural and Political Advisory Cell (CPAC) These contract civilian personnel will have functional expertise based on advanced degrees or significant experience that includes, but is not solely limited to, Middle Eastern history, culture, religion, law, human rights issues, and politics, and who understands the languages and dialects spoken and written in Iraq. It is also necessary to engage the services of a Contractor and contract personnel who presently hold, or who can quickly secure, government security clearances at the Secret and/or Top Secret levels.
