Description

IDIQ COST SHARE SOLICITATION: This is a modification of the information previously posted. The date for the posting of the Solicitation is changed to "on or about April 9, 2007". The time allowed for submission of complete proposal packages is DECREASED from SIXTY (60) days to THIRTY (30) days for submission of complete proposal package. The Solicitation number is 40181R011 and will include all information required to submit the proposal package. The Cost Share requirement must be included in the original proposal or the proposal will not be evaluated further. The Cost Share amount proposed in the TEN (10) TO FIFTEEN (15) PERCENT RANGE will be considered based on highest percentage proposed. The COST SHARE amount cannot be "add-on" into the proposal to make-up for the amount of the COST SHARE. The Maximum contract amount for the Base year plus all option years may increase based on decision to include Region 5 in the IDIQ COST SHARE award. WHEN THE SOLICITATION IS POSTED, PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION BEFORE PREPARING YOUR PROPOSAL TO ENSURE YOU ADDRESS ALL ELEMENTS OF THIS ANTICIPATED IDIQ AWARD. PROPOSALS NOT ADDRESSING ALL ELEMENTS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED FURTHER. No questions are to be submitted, or emailed, before the Solicitation is posted. Most questions will be answered by complete review of the Solicitation. When questions are received after the Solicitation is posted, all questions and answers will be posted on this site, not addressed individually. INCOMPLETE PACKAGES WILL NOT BE EVALUATED. THIS NOTICE IS A MODIFICATION TO THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE POSTED ON 3/22/2007.
