Description

US GOVERNMENT SEEKS APPROXIMATELY 15,000 RSF OF CLASS A COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE FOR LEASE IN THE SPOKANE, WA CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT OR ONE-MILE NORTH OF THE DOWNTOWN CORE. The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease space consisting of approximately 13,000 USF / 15,000 RSF in Spokane, WA. Space shall be located in professional Class A Office setting, above the first story; no single story building shall be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. By occupancy, the leased area and building shall meet the government requirements for security, fire and life safety, and handicap accessibility, along with local fire and building codes. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. The delineated area for consideration of available space is the City of Spokane defined as follows: North to Fairview Avenue; South to I-90; East to Hamilton Street; West to Maple Street. Space shall be prepared turn-key, all services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are required as part of the rental consideration. Lease term will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm with one (1) five-year priced option. Occupancy is desired on or before March 1, 2008.
