Description

Contractor shall provide all supervision, management, equipment, operating equipment, labor, materials, and supplies to operate a full service cafeteria at the Hanley US Courthouse and Federal Building, Syracuse, NY. Building population is approximately 500. Operation includes full breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch, and afternoon coffee break. Operations to include: grill, hot entr?e, deli, salad bar, full breakfast. The estimated average daily sales are 1,400 dollars. Average daily patronage is 500 persons. Government receives payment-in lieu of rent of 1 ? percent. Government contemplates a 5 year base contract with 2 five-year options. Quotations will be considered from all responsible sources. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation and amendments will be available through a secured internet site. Contractors are requested to provide a street address, telephone number, business license or other documentation granted by the state or local jurisdiction to conduct business, valid DUNS number, valid TAX ID Number, and e-mail address. Contractors will also be required to sign a Document Security Notice. Responses to RFQ are due by 3:00 PM on THURSDAY, MAY 3, 2007.
