Description
The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date to 11 APR 2007and to respond to questions submitted against RFP N00173-07-R-RS02. Question: Is the 1 meter GSD goal specified for 1000m altitude or 2000 m altitude? Answer: 2000 meters. Question: If line items are combined, are the weights added? ex: imager + control unit = 12 lbs Answer: Yes, the weight specification for each may be added together. Question: Table 4 is missing the 590-600 nm row. Answer: See below. 590 600 0.1021 600 610 0.1036 610 620 0.1000 620 630 0.0991 630 640 0.0986 640 650 0.0964 650 660 0.0924 660 670 0.0963 670 680 0.0950 680 690 0.0858 Question: Total weight limit is more than the sum of individual weights. Is that intentional? Answer: Yes, it is an allowance for cabling or other materials that may be needed to link subsystems. Question: What is the allowable delay between 15 minute operating times? Answer: The delay should be no longer than approximately 5 minutes between consecutive data collections Question: We request that you consider an extension of the submission deadline. Answer: Closing date is extended to 11 April 2007 Question: We would like to propose a system based on a novel optical design that does not utilize a standard objective lens and consequently the "Lens interface" requirement listed in Table 2 is not appropriate. Will you consider a proposal for a system in which the IFOV is not adjustable by switching objective lenses? Answer: The Government will evaluate all offers in accordance with the evaluation criteria as set forth in the RFP.
