Description

Under the authority of FAR 6.302, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source--REACTA CORPORATION, 3225 ARCH STREET, PHILADELPHIA, PA 19104. REACTA HAS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CAPABILITY WHICH INCLUDES PROPRIETARY TECHNOLO GY LICENSED BY THE COMPANY. This procurement is part of the Aberdeen Technology Transfer Initiative supported by the APG Business Development Office and Maryland Technology Development Corporation (TEDCO). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received by March 30, 2007, 4:00 p.m. DST. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
