Description: The Postal Rate table is effective until May 14, 2007. In the Technical Requirements Section, paragraph 3, it states,? The system shall be configurable allowing data inputs of the following: rates for each mail type and customer account profile (up to 50 accounts).? ? Can the Postal Service define which rates or provide a sample of desired functionality for rating? The ?rates? are those that are posted in the Federal Register every time there is a rate change. These rate changes are to be electronically updated via automatic downloads, CD?s or chips. (SEE below sample BRM Spreadsheet which is effective until May 14, 2007).
