- This amendment is to REPLACE the previous synopsis notice; the changes are found within the notice below. O-rings and Packing Retainers (Various) UNRESTRICTED, FSCs 5331 and 5330. All items are Oxygen Cleaning requirements; contractors are required to provide Company Name, Cage Code and Address of who will be performing the oxygen cleaning. Failure to provide this information may eliminate your proposal. Solicitation open date is 04/06/2007; close date is 05/17/2007. This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The IQC will be for a one-year base period, with 4 one-year options. The procurement is for 49 competitive core NSNs. If need arises to add additional items this will be done on a post award basis via the Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5330010209508. The solicitation, list of core and non-core items and pricing spreadsheet will be available at http://www.dscp.dla.mil/gi/general/scp_ltc.htm after solicitation opening date. The following is additional information: All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. After solicitation opening date, copies of the solicitation will be available on the DLA internet Bid board System website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. Interested parties will be able to obtain and view all necessary information to respond to the solicitation. The required delivery schedule is 120 days after date of each order. The annual estimated quantity for the first NSN is 550 EA. There are 48 additional NSNs with various quantities. Offers will be evaluated from past performance, using the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) with technical more important than price. DSCP reserves the right to award any contracts resulting from solicitation SPM5M507R0002 to multiple contractors. The anticipated award date is August 7, 2007.
