- Romania JOC The Job Order Contract (JOC) is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract used to acquire real property repair, maintenance, installation of equipment, minor construction, and/or asbestos abatement throughout Romania, although some w ork may be performed in areas outside of the Romania. The orders will primarily address general building renovation, road and pavement repair, and general environmental work including, but not limited to, incidental minor construction, excavation, plumbing, demolition, electrical, structural, mechanical, conc rete work, force protection projects, and environmental remedial work. Each project task ordered awarded under a Job Order Contract is normally comprised of a number of pre-described and pre-packed tasks as described in each Task Order and the Unit Price Book. Estimated cost range of project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 per DFAR Part 236.204(i) for the life of the contract, to include a base period and two options. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Germany will be the procuring office. PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Base Period and two (2) Option Periods. MAXIMUM CONTRACT VALUE: $15,000,000 for the life of contract, with the annual amount estimated at $3,000,000. MINIMUM GUARANTEE: The Minimum Guarantee amount for the Base Period is $5,000 and $2,000 for the Option Periods. TASK ORDER LIMITATIONS: The Minimum Task Order is $2,000 and the Maximum Task Order is limited to $1,000,000. Funds are not currently available for this requirement. This project will be issued Subject to Availability of Funding. Cancellation with no obligation Note to offerors: The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation, either before or after the proposal opening with no obligation to the offeror by the Government. Unlike other solicitations issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District previously, we are making this solicitation available on FedTeds, http://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors are not required to contact Europe District or the contrac t specialist in order to register their interest. All contractors and vendors who want to access this solicitation will be required to register with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) (www.ccr.gov) and Federal Data Technical Solution (FedTeDS) (www.fedteds.gov). FedTeDS is a web-based dissemination t ool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information for all Federal agencies.
