Description

The Bureau of Land Management requires three (3) digital voice logging systems to be installed for use within Colorado. The systems will be equivalent to the Activ! Voice Call Logger with Public Safety Enhanced Feature Set manufactured by Voice Print International. This system is currently being used in interagency dispatch offices in Colorado. The systems will be used to digitally log up to 24 independent channels of Public Safety radio traffic per location. The digital logs will be available so radio dispatchers can sort, select, review, archive and monitor radio conversations as necessary. The system must be able to operate 24/7/365 without any loss of voice logs. The system should be a commercially available off the shelf product. This requirement is open to Total Small Business Set Asides. The estimated price range is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitation will be available by electronic posting only and may be found at www.fedbizopps.gov. Bidders may print the bid documents to submit their bid by mail, or bids may be submitted electronically. Facsimile bids will also be accepted at 303-239-3699. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about 4/10/07. Contractors are required to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov and the Reps & Certs have to be completed in ORCA in order to receive a contract award under this solicitation.
