- ***THIS SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: Note that information to be provided by the Government has been designated as "Militarily Critical Technical Data." Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office, and have a valid requirement may obtain a copy of the information. All requests for the design package must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement. To obtain certification, contact: Commander, Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS), Attn: U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084 or call the DLIS at (800)352-3572. The DLIS United States/Canada Joint Certification Lookup service is available via the Internet at: http://www.dlis.dla.mil/ccal/.*** The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst intends to procure a semi-automatic lubrication system that delivers consistent lubrication to critical bearings on the catapult Low Loss Launch Valve (LLLV) on a periodic basis, thus reducing maintenance costs and increasing operational availability. Quantities: Base quantity of nine (9) systems; Option one: two (2) systems; Option two: Up to thirteen (13) systems; Option three: Up to thirteen (13) systems; Option four: Up to nine (9) systems. Spares will also be procured. FOB Destination. Inspection /Acceptance at source. The Government will award one (1) fixed-price contract with four (4) options to the offer constituting the best value to the government. Factors will be technical acceptability, past performance, and price. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. No contractor may receive an award if the company is not registered.
