- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to procure on a sole-source basis from Trim-Mech Solutions, 4461 Cox Road, Suite 302, Glen Allen, VA, 23060-3331, Solidworks and Cosmoworks Software Support Agreements for one year on existing software to provide updates and ensure the latest error-free versions of all programs. The North American Industry Classification System code is 541519, $25 Milliion size standard. The order shall be firm fixed priced. FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA shall apply. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The synopsis number is N00178-07-Q-1142 and is a Request for Quote. All interested parties shall contact the Contract Specialist at (540) 653-7478 or dlgr_nswc_xds11@navy.mil and indicate their interest and capability to receive a list of the equipment. This procurement is DO priority rated. Quote is due 29 Mar 2007 no later than 2:00 p.m. (local NSWCDD time) to: Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Code XDS106-1, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Building 183, First Floor, Room 102, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 and anticipated award by 30 Mar 2007. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition arena; therefore, this synopsis/solicitation with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/wwwDL/XD/SUPPLY/. Vendors should regularly access the NSWCDD web site to ensure that they have downloaded all amendments. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Quoters may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Please note that defense payment offices may not make payment unless the contractor is established to receive electronic funds transfer (EFT). EFT payments are based on the contractor's EFT information contained in the CCR database.
