- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center - Keyport, 610 Dowell Street, Keyport, WA is soliciting for: 400 each - Handle Assemblies (NSN ? 5340-01-177-8764) in accordance with Drawings: 5166581, 5166582 REV A, 5166584, 5166585, 5166586 REV B, 5166587 REV A, 5166588 and 5166590 REV A; 1,500 each ? Insert (NSN 1355-LL-106-2652) in accordance with Drawing 8243295; 200 each Liner, Cylinder (NSN ? 1355-LL-100-7031) in accordance with Drawing 5906078-3; 300 each Liner, Cylinder (NSN ? 1355-LL-100-7029) in accordance with Drawing 5906078-4; Head Fuel Pump - Two (2) (First Article Units) and 18 (Production Units) in accordance with Drawing 6935046. This procurement will be solicited and awarded as a firm fixed price supply type contract. Delivery is required approximately 45 Days after contract award. FOB, Inspection and Acceptance at: Destination. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 332710 with a size standard of 500 employees. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 6 April 2007. The closing date of the solicitation will be 7 May 2007, unless a later date is specified in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 15, negotiated procurements. When issued, the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFP. No telephone or fax requests for the RFP package will be accepted. An email request to diane.kostelecky@navy.mil will be a ccepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFP from the NECO website. The offeror must have a current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov). Any questions, or requests for references or specifications, should be submitted via e-mail to diane.kostelecky@navy.mil. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. No paper copies of the RFP / amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFP and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same.
