Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Austin, Texas The General Services Administration (GSA) wants to lease office space consisting of approximately 2,967 rentable square feet of office space located in Austin, Texas within the following designated area: ?X East of Interstate 35. North of Highway 290. South of Atkinson Road. West of Cameron Road The U.S. Government??s existing lease for space is expiring on April 30, 2007. The GSA seeks expressions of interest and will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. The cost of moving, alterations, etc will be considered in a cost-benefit analysis in deciding whether the Government should relocate. The space should yield 2,580 contiguous ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. The proposed lease term is for 10 years/5 years firm. The lease should be fully serviced, including all services supplies, utilities, and tenant improvements which will be provided in consideration of rental to be paid, and at a minimum must yield parking for 8 staffed employees and 20 visitor spaces. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than May 2007. The offered space must meet GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards, and Handicapped Accessibility requirements. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing no later than April 3, 2007, and should include the following information: street address and building name, if applicable; square footage offered, name, address and phone number of individual to be contacted; and evidence of authority to represent the owner.
