- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease warehouse space consisting of approximately 10,000 to 12,000 square feet. The space must be located in within the following delineated area: West: Pacific Ocean North: Manchester Blvd. East: Avalon Blvd. South: Sepulveda Blvd. to Knob Hill Ave. The proposed lease is for five (5) years firm and must be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than February 1, 2008. The Government requires 7 secured off-street parking spaces for government vehicles available at no cost, and also adequate parking for visitors and employees within a two-block radius of the office/site. Building offered for consideration must be of sound and substantial construction. The offered space must meet Government requirements for GSA Life and Fire Safety Standards and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Requirements. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building?s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable. Expressions of interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum: ? Building name/address ? Location of space in the building and date it will be available ? Drawing of space offered ? Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered ? Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF ?
