Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 7 intends to award a sole source procurement to the SAS Institute for license and maintenance agreements as follows: 1. SAS Access to PC File Format maintenance agreement 4ea. 2. SAS Access to PC File Format License agreements for 4ea current and 2ea new for a period of 12 months. 3. SAS/Graph license 1ea for a period of 12 months. 4. SAS/Stat license 15ea renewal and 2ea new for a period of 12 months. 5. Base SAS license 15ea renewal and 2ea new for a period of 12 months. This notice of intent is not a request for competative proposals and the Government does not intend to except proposals. Award will be made in 15 days after publication of this notice. See Numbered Note 22.
