- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with information in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found in FAR 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information found in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITAION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both FEDBIZOPS and NECO (http://www.neco.navy.mil). The RFQ number is N4166407RCMMEDA. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-13 and DFARS Change Notice 20061004. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The purpose of this solicitation is to seek bids on providing a TRIPLE SCREEN VIDEO WALL SYSTEM.To include expandable vedio wall controller, stand for systemand foam filled travel case. This system must meet the following specifications fully and completely, no substitutions will be considered.
