Description

Furnish 24-hour transportation for the beneficiaries of the VA Hines, 365 days a year, Sunday through Saturday and all holidays. Volume of required services may be reduced on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Patients transported under this contract are wheelchair bound, invalid, disabled, and/or convalescent. This solicitation has a partial set-aside for small business (NAICS 485991, $6.5 Million). Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation should be available on or about March 29, 2007. Requests for hard copy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer at the GLAC and accompanied by a check for $5.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
