- Description
- This solicitation is for a Fixed Priced contract. Origin Inspection is required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be issued as unrestricted on the basis of other than full and open competition. The part numbers are as follows: MPRI(Military Professional Resources Inc ) Patrol SimIV and M1114 Driver Training Simulators, EVOC software and Skidpad Database with a 60 day delivery ARO. A Subcontracting Plan is not required. FOB Origin. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue dated cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is on or after 03 April 2007.
