Description

In accordance with the procedures prescribed by OMB CircularA-76 ( revised May 29, 2003), this notification constitutes the formal Public Announcement and official stat dat of a Standard Competition of Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Administrative Support Services. These services include: utilizes computer hardware and software programs such as spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and word processing; receives and controls incoming mail; reviews outgoing correspondence, reports and forms for conformance with grammar, spelling, formal and internal policies; maintains supervisors calendar scheduling meetings based on priorities of the office; receives visitors to the office; make travel arrangements and prepares travel vouchers; inputs time and attendance records; follow up with staff to ensure that time frames are meet. Services are currently performed by 45 FTEs. The projected end date of this competition is not later than January 31. 2008. A solicitation is not yet available. The competitive sourcing is Katherine Gugulis the Agency Tender Official is Anthony Kramer. The procedure under which this competition will be conducted will be made available in a speatate attachment subsequently posted to the same solicitation at this website.
