- ****Amendment is to replace drawings****** The National Data Buoy Center has a requirement for 9 each of the DART II Hulls and upgrade 4 each of the DART I Hulls to DART II Hulls. See attachments for the specifications/drawings. Quote will need to include the delivery date and validity date of proposal. Delivery will be made to PMEL, 7600 San Point Way NE, Seattle, WA 98115. All quotes can be submitted via 1) email to kurt.weilbeacher@noaa.gov 2) U.S. Postal Mail or 3) Fax at 228-688-3153. In addition, they MUST include the solicitation number/reference number and must be addressed to Kurt Weilbaecher.
