- Provide all labor, supervision, management, management support, transportation, supplies, equipment and materials, except Government furnished space and utilities, necessary to provide cleaning services for the Dunedin Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), located at 1721 Main St., Dunedin, FL 33698, from the date of award through September 30, 2007, with the Government having the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods. This procurement is being issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 as a commercial item service and will be issued on or about 4/3/2007 with a response due date of on or about 4/15/2007. Hard copy solicitations will not be made available. Contractors may obtain a copy of the solicitation and any attachments at the following URL: www.fbo.gov. Contractors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. All proposals must be returned to the address in block 9 of Standard Form 1449. NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code 561720 applies. This is a 100% total small business set aside.
