- Description
- The VA Medical Center, White River Junction, VT is seeking qualified, responsible Service-Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business firms who have the capacity and capability to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, testing, reports and supervision required to upgrade the HVAC systems, including but not limited to the Chilled Water Systems and Air Distribution Systems for the Operating Room Surgical Suites and the Supply, Processing and Distribution (SPD) Facility, and the Unit Ventilators for Supply, Processing and Distribution (SPD) Facility, located in Building #31 at the VA Medical Center, White River Jct., VT. Work will include but not be limited to the replacement of Air Conditioning Unit #3 (AC #3), new Chiller Tower to serve AC #3, system leak testing for the OR Surgical Suites, replacement of Unit Ventilators #6 and #2 and upgrade filtration system. All work must be completed between 7am and 4:30pm Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified. Construction cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. NAICS for this project is 238990, size standard 13 million. Bid documents will be available on or about 04/16/2007.
