- Nonpersonal Services: 314 CONS/LGCA Little Rock AFB intends to award a contract for Fire Extinguisher Inspection & Maint. Contractor shall perform all requirements in the Government provided specifications/requirement data cited in the SOW. The applicable small business size standard is $6.5M, the NAICS code is 423990. All information required for submission of an offer will be identified in the solicitation. All interested parties must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) as prescribed in DARS 252.2040-7004 and 252.232-7009. CCR can be accessed at www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423. The CCR registration must be completed before award can be made. All prospective offers interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The basis for award will be the overall lowest cost to the government. The anticipated solicitation issue date is April 12, 2007
