- Engineering Services or the AN/ALQ-172 Electronic Counter Measure System. Field Maintenance Support at Barksdale Air Force Base and other field locations as required. Basic 12 month period and 4 Annual 12 month option period. Service and supplies are available from one source and no other supplier can satisfy the government's requirement:Requirement is sole msource to ITT, CAGE code 28527, based on Chapter 10 USC 2304(c)1). The contractor will privide equipment checkout, troubleshooting, limited repair of failed fielded units and assistance of testing AN/ALQ-172 Test Program Sets. Letter solitation will be sent to ITT.
