- This will be a firm fixed price contract. The Government reserves the right to issue multiple awards to fulfill this requirement. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, transportation, and facilities necessary to perform metal repair, rust proofing, painting, mechanical repair, and emergency repair of Government-owned 20 International Organization for Standardization (ISO) container and chassis. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 3 April 2007. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 3 April 2007. Period of performance is 10 April 2007 10 May 2007. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average number of employees for the past 12 months did not exceed 500.
