- This is a 100% small business set-aside. This pre-solicitation notice is for the recoating of aircraft hangar flooring at the Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland, Oregon. The proposed scope of work involves the preparation of, and applicatio n of seal coating to approximately 13,528 square foot of Hangar Bay floors. This is inclusive of scrubbing, sandblasting, repair of dents and divots in floor, saw cutting as required, joint filling, sanding and rinsing, and the application of seal coating as outlined in the solicitation. The projected performance period for this project is 14 calendar days. There will be a site visit on April 18, 2007 at 10:00 AM (1000 hrs) local time. Interested parties MUST contact Mike Collins via email at Mike.Colli ns@orport.ang.af.mil to obtain base access information and application. All questions are to be submitted to Mike Collins via email not later than April 16, 2007. Contractors who do not comply with this process and do not have an approved application wil l not be granted access to the base. This site visit/pre-bid meeting is highly encouraged and suggested. Site visitors will meet in Building 140, CE section prior to walk through. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The estimated price range f or this project is between $25,000.00-$50,000.00. Award of contract will only be made to contractors registered with CCR and capable of receiving funds through electronic transfer. Bidding documents should be available on or about April 9, 2007.
