- JANITORIAL SERVICES INCLUDING SUPPLIES, LUBBOCK, TEXAS W9126G-07-T-0097 Point of Contact: Andrea Bartula, Contract Specialist, (817) 886-1061. The Government requires janitorial services and supplies for recruiting offices in Lubbock, Texas as specified in the solicitation. Solicitation will issue on 22 March 2007. Quotes will be due 10 April 2007 by 11:00 AM, central time. Period of performance is base year: 16 April 2007 30 September 2007 including four (4) option periods/years in twelve (12) month increments thereafter (1 October 30 September annually). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 561720. Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000.00. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. Service disabled veteran owned, veteran owned, and women owned small businesses are encouraged to submit quotations.
