Description: The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for MDMA (ecstasy) reagent kits for the DoD Drug Program. This is a competitive procurement requirements type contract. Period of Performance will be from 01 Oct 07 to 30 Sep 08 with 4 Option Periods with an estimated quantity of 4.5 million tests per year. The drug labs are located in San Diego, CA; Jacksonville, FL; Great Lakes, IL; Brooks City-Base, TX; Fort Meade, MD; and Tripler AMC, HI. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. The RFP and all amendments will be posted to the internet at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil when released on or about 13 April 2007. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
