Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has a requirement for ?Turn-Key? instructional support and other related instructional services for the Master at Arms Class ?A? School, Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) course. The instructional services shall be conducted for Navy personnel in the Norfolk Fleet Concentration Area (FCA). This procurement is for the acquisition of training services that will train students to meet the performance and course completion standards of the course identified herein and as determined by the respective Center for Security Forces (CSF), CSF Training Site Manager (TSM). The training provided by the offeror will encompass the course scope and learning objectives identified in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and attachments. NAWCTSD seeks to award this effort on a Full and Open Competitive basis. The basic award will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for this effort with a period of performance of one (1) base year, with four (4) one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the government as per FAR 52.217-9. The anticipated award date is 20 Jul 07. The SOW addresses the basis of operations, administrative, and instructional tasks required under this IQC. Training shall be in support of the CSF program under the coordination of the CSF, CSF TSM and CSF COR. This source will include fully qualified contractors and contractor personnel who are capable of providing the required instruction for Navy training courses through ?turn-key? support under the coordination of Training Support Center/Training Support Department (TSC/TSD). The term anti-terrorism will include all the courses identified herein and any future related courses requiring training in AT and small arms weapons type skills. The basic contract will specify the requirements to be delivered in accordance with the SOW. Tasking will be by individual Task Order (TO) specifying the quantity of services to be delivered from the basic contract. Delivery of tasking is anticipated to be on an as needed basis. The Contractor shall provide those services to perform the work delineated in the basic contract and defined within each individual TO.
