- In accordance with the procedures specified in the revised OMB Circular A-76 (Attachment B, B-1) this notification represents the formal public announcement and official start date of a streamlined competition for Applications and Systems Management functions in support of the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Headquarters Office of Water located in Washington, D.C. These services are currently being performed by Government personnel which include 10.33 Full-Time Equivalents (FTEs) and grantee support. NO SOLICITATION IS ANTICIPATED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Cost of private sector performance will be determined by conducting market research. The Competitive Sourcing Official (CSO) is Luis Luna. The Contracting Officer is Jill E. Robbins. The projected end date for this competition is June 27, 2007.
