- This is a modification of an originally published notice (1/31/07) GS-10P-07-XJ-C-0031. The project was initially announced as a "design/build". It will not be a construction solicitation as we do have design specifications. The work will consist of the preparation and repair of existing exterior concrete surfaces and piperalis, demolition and replacement of exterior concrete stairs, landings and walks including installation of a new snow melt heating system with interior and exterior work associated with this system. This work will be accomplished at a Historical building. Special Security requirements will be required for work on this government facility. All those interested in this project that has submitted requests for the solicitation, need not resend a fax request for the solicitation package. These requests can be faxed to 907-271-1941 attention Theresa Hudgins. Solicitation should be issued during the month on April, 2007.
