- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE AND WAREHOUSE SPACE SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NEW JERSEY The United States Government seeks to lease Office and Warehouse Space consisting of approximately 6,000 to 8,000 rentable square feet in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The facility should include between 250 and 800 OASF to be utilized for office space. Warehouse space must have 18-foot high ceiling clearance, a sealed concrete floor, with one drive-in bay door (14 foot manually operated) and one dock-high door with heavy duty protective bumpers to accommodate a 24-foot box truck. Floor loading must be able to accommodate three 24-foot box trucks with an 11,000 pound payload. Outdoor surface parking is required for three 24-foot box trucks (unless otherwise specified). The proposed lease is for five (5) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than the first quarter of 2007. The Delineated area is as follows: The area bounded to the north by Route 18, to the south by Princeton, Plainsboro Road, to the east by the New Jersey Turnpike and to the west by Route 27. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
