- Single award term contract for IRS/Atlanta, GA. Beginning August 1, 2007 and ending July 31, 2008, with 4 possible options years (if applicable). Quality Level 3 is required. These specifications cover cover survey administration, including all printing needs and internet web (hereinafter web)-hosting needs, for IRS customer satisfaction surveys. Survey administration tasks require a market research approach for managing multiple surveys in varying stages of the data collection period. For example, assigning and monitoring ID numbers, updating furnished electronic files, converting existing surveys (and producing future surveys) in a fillable PDF format, that is 508 compliant*, creating applicable database for monitoring paper survey and web-based survey responses, maintaining a 1-800 number manned by live operators, and securely handling "white mail" (i.e. miscellaneous documents, notes, etc. that are included in the return envelopes from the respondents). Printing requirements include such operations as design and composition, electronic prepress, proofs, printing, packing, and distribution. FREQUENCY OF ORDERS: Approximately 228 orders per year. QUANTITY: Approximately 100 to 15,000 copies per order. NUMBER OF PAGES: 2 to 4 pages. TRIM SIZE: 8-1/2 x 11" or 17 x 11" - surveys; 8-1/2 x 11" - pre-notes and explanation letters; 5-1/2 x 4-1/4" - postcards; #9 and #10 envelopes. Mail f.o.b. contractor?s city to various addresses. Complete production and delivery is required within the schedules set up for each round of mailing. Complete specifications will be available on the Atlanta GPO web site once they are issued.
