- Description
- National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency intends to issue a sole source award to iMove, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition circular 2005-09. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for proprietary software and hardware for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received by close of business, 02/23/2007 will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
