- This solicitation is for supplies required at Camp Fallujah, Iraq and is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The proposed solicitation is under NAICS 339950 with size standard of 500 employees. This solicitation is unrestricted, whereas the issuing contracting office is in a deployed location; Far Part 19 does not apply. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED 31 MARCH 2007: 1.) FOB Point will be either New Cumberland, PA or Charleston AB, SC. 2.) Diameter for paddle sign, L/I 0017, is 18 inches and letters are 6 inches in height. 3.) Quote brand name or equal items; similar or alternate items will not be accepted. 4.) Signs will be mounted by military personnel. 5.)
