- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-07-Q-0277 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-15. This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside under NAICS code 811310 and small business size standard of $6,500,000. Description: Quarterly preventive maintenance and on call remedial maintenance for materials handling equipment at DRMO Kirtland IAW attached PWS. Under Section 1.1 of the Performance Work Statement (Service Call Repairs), it states, ?For all repairs exceeding four (4) business days, the contractor is responsible for providing equivalent or better loaner equipment?. Will the contractor be reimbursed for the cost of this loaner equipment? The contractor will not be reimbursed for the cost of the loaner equipment, those costs should be factored into your total charge for the repair call. The solicitation due date will be changed to Thursday April 5, 2007 at 1300.
