- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is 100% set-aside for small business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VVHC7054A100. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida, requires the following: A one (1) year lease (with four (4) option years) of a cutaway van with standard equipment. Specifications are as follows: One (1) Chevrolet Express Cutaway Van (OR EQUAL). Standard equipment to include the following: Vortec V8 Engine, 4 Speed Automatic Transmission, dual rear wheels, air conditioning. Additional requirements include: 12,300 GVW rating, camper style mirrors, radio with digital clock, and backup alarm. Vehicle should have a 14 foot aluminum body, rollup rear door and walk through sliding door and 1600 pound tuckaway lift gate. Vehicle should be covered under manufacturers warranty. Assumed mileage per year not to exceed 5,000 miles. Vehicle to have Government tags and will be responsible for costs and requirements for Government tags. These requirements are needed in order to load and unload and to haul mail on MacDill AFB for USCENTCOM. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 Aug 06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532120. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7513. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all parts, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide the item listed above, in its respective quantity.
