Description: Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance and repair services to various buildings, facilities and structures within the locations serviced by the 89th Regional Readiness Command. This procurement encompasses the states of Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Nebraska. The state of Iowa consists of the following counties: Story, Linn, Cherokee, Pottawattamie, Union, Scott, Winneshiek, Dubuque, Johnson, Des Moines, Henry, Pocahonta s, Sac City, Wahington, Black Hawk, Woodbury, Polk and Webster. The state of Kansas consists of the following counties: Lyon, Barton, Montgomery, Johnson, Wyandotte, Riley, Douglas, Osage, Labette, Crawford, Saline, Shawnee Sedgwick, Ellis, Leavensworth and Atchinson. The state of Missouri consists of the following counties: Cass, Harrision, Boone, St. Francois, Jackson, Cole, Jasper, Phelps, Greene, Buchanan, St. Louis, Franklin and St. Charles. The state of Nebraska consists of the following counties : Dodge, Adams, Douglas and Lincoln. The period of performance is twelve months from date of award with two one-year option periods. This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The Government guarantees a minimum of $150,000.00 for ba se year only. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 236220, 1542, $28,500,000.00. The estimated magnitude of this project is more than $10,000,000. Per FAR 19.10, this acquisition is being issue pursuant to th e Business Op portunity Development Reform Act of 1988 and a subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Program. Therefore, this acquisition shall be issued unrestricted. Eligible firms shall request a solicitation package in writing.
