Description: This project consists of constructing a 930' long and 18' wide crushed gravel single lane road and partial excavation of a 150' section of existing gravel road at Blackhawk (located 3 miles north of De Soto, Wisconsin on STH 35). The contractor shal l furnish all labor, equipment, fuel and crushed gravel necessary to complete the work. The contractor shall be responsible for locating all utilities.
