- AMOUNT: Approximately 4,828 rentable square feet of office space. LOCATION: The U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease for approximately 4,828 rentable square feet of existing office space located at 262-264 Black Gold Blvd. in Louisville, KY. Alternate locations must be of equal size, quality, and at an economic value to the Government including all tenant improvement costs, as well as all costs associated with the physical relocation. We currently occupy 4,828 square feet of space at a rental rate of $15.97 per square foot. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: The lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm term.
