Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting proposals under Solicitation No. VA-786-07-RP-0111 for the following supply item: Contractor shall provide all labor, and materials necessary to furnish and deliver, F.O.B. Destination 3,000 blank marble niche covers to the Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville, PA 15017 in accordance with the specifications, drawing, terms and conditions of the contract. Marble niche covers ordered against this contract shall be completed and/or delivered to the cemetery within thirty-five (35) calendar days after notification of Government approval of samples. One (1) sample must be supplied no later than closing date to Memorial Program Services (MPS), Washington DC. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. Proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the descending relative importance of past performance, technical qualifications and price. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard is 500 employees. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or about April 20, 2007. Responses to the solicitation are due by 4:00 p.m., May 18, 2007. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at Fed Biz Opps. Offerors are advised they are responsible for obtaining amendments. See Numbered Note 1.
