- MINIMUM CRANE SPECIFICATIONS: The proposed crane shall be a Manitowoc 3900 VICON or equal. If proposing an alternative crane please state that on your quote. The required crane shall meet the following minimum specifications: 100 ton capacity, must be prepped for clamshell operation, 100 of #8 boom with boom tip consisting of the heavy pin for duty cycle work, grooved lagging for clamshell operation, a tag line RUDOMATIC , load moment indicator, shall meet all ANSI/ASME and m anufacturers standards, must pass OSHA regulations, a list chart must be provided in the cranes load chart, must be able to pass a performance test prior to use.
