Description

Provide all Personnel, Labor, Equipment and Materials necessary to provide Inland Waterways Towing, Barge Rental, Harbor Services Rental and Emergency Repair Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Operations Division, Physical Support Branch, Louisville Repair Station, Louisville District, Louisville, Kentucky. The Louisville District intends to award up to six (6) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity, Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC). Each contract will have a duration of one five-year period. There will be no Option periods. Services are expecte d to cover the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries, and the Mississippi River Division Boundaries. The Maximum value of each contract will be $2,000,000.00. The Minimum Guarantee amount for each contract will be $2,000.00. Projects will be awarded by individual Task Orders, with a maximum amount of $2,000,000.00 and a minimum amount of $2,500.00. Award of the (up to) six MATOC contracts will be based on Best Value to the Government, based on the following factors: (1) Experience, (2) Past Performance, (3) Technical Capability. This RFP has an approximate issue date of 18 April 2007, and an approxim ate Due Date of 09 May 2007, 4:00PM EST. This is an UNRESTRICTED PROCUREMENT. NAICS 483221 (500 employees).This Solicitation is available only through Federal Technical Data Solutions (FEDTEDS) website at: http://www.fedteds.gov.
