- Description
- The US Government seeks expressions of interest in leasing approximately 3,600 RSF yielding 3,130 USF of contiguous Class A office and related space plus a minimum of two surface parking spaces. Term is 10-year, 5 firm. The Government reserves the right to cancel with 120 days written notice after the firm term. DELINEATED AREA: A line bounded on the North by Interstate 90, West by Route 146, East by 122A and South by Whitins Road. Occupancy is required on or about August 1, 2007. To be considered, the space must meet requirements for handicapped access and be ADA, ABAAS, and NFPA compliant. Space must include all services and utilities (fully-serviced / gross lease). Any resulting lease will contain a standard tax and operating clause. Preferences will be given to buildings of a historic nature. Measurement of space shall be ANSI/BOMA method. This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Written notice of availability of space must be submitted by the close of business on Wednesday, April 18, 2007 and include the following: 1. Building name and address; contact person with telephone number. 2. Name, address, and phone number of property owner. 3. Rentable Square Feet offered and annual RSF rental rate - rate should be broken out to annual shell and annual operating costs. 4. RSF rate for standard Tenant Improvements offered. Written responses are required not later than Wednesday, April 18, 2007. FAX responses will be accepted. Verbal responses will not be considered.
