Description

USPS IS SEEKING EXISTING BUILDING OR LAND FOR A CARRIER ANNEX OPERATION TO SERVICE THE WARRENTON, VA MAIN POST OFFICE PREFERRED AREA IS WITHIN A TWO MILE RADIUS OF THE WARRENTON POST OFFICE An existing building or portion thereof of approximately 8,000 square feet with loading facilities and parking for up to 80 vehicles. The building/site should be properly zoned or capable of being rezoned for use as a postal facility. Offers may be made in letter format. If accepted, official postal forms will be required. OR The Postal Service is seeking vacant site(s) of 1.2 acres of net useable square feet with a minimum frontage of approximately 200 feet. Proposed site size excludes additional area needs for storm water retention or other special requirements. Property should be properly zoned or capable of being rezoned for use as a postal operation site.
