- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP Construction and Equipment Division intend to issue a Request for Proposal in accordance with FAR Part 2 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the following: Description of Supplies ? Impeller, Fan, Centrifugal, Borg-Warner (3RMR4), Fletcher, NC, P/N 4735-38449-02, Ross Equipment Inc. (4F083), Elizabeth, NJ, P/N 625262 on solicitation SP0500-06-R-0103. This solicitation is for the establishment of a long term contract for the above listed manufacturers and their part numbers. The annual estimated quantity is for 7500 each. The solicitation will include two (2) bases years with three (3) one (1) year options. The prospective contractors should have Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) capability. The subject solicitation will be unrestricted. This will be a best value source selection acquisition where delivery and technical merit is considered more important than price. Solicitation SP0500-06-0103 is being re-synopsized due to error of first synopsis being issued as a 100% sit-a-side in lieu of being unrestricted. The solicitation is expected to be available April 23, 2005 and closing May 4, 2007. The solicitation will be available for 10 days. The Government is looking for a 90 day delivery. The Government does not pocess complete unrestricted technical data which can be included in the referenced RFP.
