- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. You must submit your proposal on the hard copy solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select ?Search RFQs? then choose the RFP you wish to download. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation will be issued April 5, 2007 and will close April 14, 2007.
