Description
NSN: 5342-00-340-4293, Bracket Assy., Door Actuator, KC-135 Aircraft. An ? Export Control? TDP exists for this NSN. The TDP will only be released to export control certified requestors. Eligible requesters should submit TDP requests via the following website: https:// pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. Request a DD Form 2345, military critical technical data agreement, from Defense Logistics Service Center, www.dlis.dla.mil. A Boeing ?Rights Guard? Technical Data Package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Prior to obtaining a copy of the TDP, a completed DSCR form P42, certification for the use of rights guard technical data must be submitted to Defense Supply Center Richmond, ATTN: DSCR-VADC (Rights Guard Program), Richmond, VA 23297-5604. P42 form and TDP are available at the following DSCR WEBSITE: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfilders/. FOB Destination and Inspection Acceptance Destination required. The Quality Assurance Provision (QAP) will be contained in clause E46A02, 52.246-2 of the solicitation. Requested delivery is 90 days ARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Rights Guard applies. The solicitation will result in a firm fixed price contract with a 100% quantity option. The NSN will be solicited 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA). Pricing will be evaluated on the best valued price of 293 parts including a 100% quantity option price of 293 parts. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 1, 2007. Effective June 1, 1998, Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). Annual updates to your registration will be required.
